Why a passion for childhood and stories?

A few words

As far as I can remember, I’ve always been writing. On notebooks, bits of paper, pocket books. I noted down the mood or emotion I was feeling, I’ve also invented children’s stories.

With the arrival of my grandchildren, my inspiration became more lively, and the urgency to write, more imperious.

The magical discovery of reading when I was five gave me the key to unlock a wonderful Pandora’s box: unlimited access to the stories I previously had to beg grownups to tell.

Now it’s me telling them.
